How Our Process Works:

Start the Search
Once you’re ready to start your search, Gateway Nanny Agency will learn more about your family and your childcare needs.
$250 launch fee to start the search.
2.
we Find your Nanny
Based on your request, we personally match you with someone from our database.
We will provide you with a complete profile and resume about the candidate.
3.
Schedule Interviews
We coordinate and schedule interviews with your favorite candidate.
After, we will follow up for confidential and detailed feedback.
4.
Unlimited Interviews
We believe in the perfect match! Schedule as many interviews until you’ve found the candidate you want to hire!
5.
Support
Gateway Nanny Agency will assist with how to hire. We will follow up with your family to ensure you are happy with your employee.
$250 Launch fee will be due to start a search.
$550 Launch fee will be due to start a live-in search.
The percentages below are based on the first year's annual pay for the family's provider.
Percentages are paid on top of the wages of the family provider and are not deducted from their compensation.
